Troubleshooting
We can figure out what's wrong. If we can't trace the problem then we have access to a broad network of hearth professionals and other contractors who will help us find and fix the problem.

There may be obstructions in the flue itself, damage in the stove or chimney, imbalances in the house pressures, or external atmospheric issues - we'll figure it out and come up with a solution. When we repair your system it's guaranteed to work - Or you don't pay.
